Thanks for tuning in again. I am Kayla, and I welcome you to my website. So I had another healthy meal. I am sharing five fat-burning breakfast smoothies that you can make in advance today.

Currently, I have two other videos. This meal contains. The five make-ahead breakfast recipes, and five make-ahead lunch recipes I have shared in my prepping series. In case you haven't seen them, I've included a playlist below for you, and keep in mind that all of the recipes in this meal prep series will always be 100% gluten free.

Many of these recipes are also low-carb and keto friendly. Most of them are paleo friendly. I'm ready to jump into this. Let's start. My first recipe is a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

Now this is low, carbs, and paleo. I will be using my favorite protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, almond butter, and frozen blueberries.

Basically, it's the bulletproof collagen protein with vanilla taste pre-mixed with a low carb sweetener. However, if your protein powder is not stevia, then you could add it to low carb smoothies.

Just to sweeten it up a little bit, you can add all your ingredients into the blender and blend until the mixture is extra smooth. Now, if you intend to keep this smoothie in the refrigerator for a few days, add a little fresh lemon juice, and you're ready to go. Next I'll show you a skinny green matcha smoothie.

Paleo is fine, but you can also make this low-carb by removing the bananas and adding more avocado. Now here's the deal. You'll need almond milk without sugar, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice and matcha powder.

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. There will all be recipes for you to print off on my blog. This is one of my favorites, so I'm leaving it below for all of you.

This is. Smoothies with matcha powder are energizing, and they boost your capitalism on a daily basis. Is my energizing cacao working? Unlike your typical mocha smoothie, this one is low carb and paleo friendly. It is required that you prepare unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies can increase fat burning since they are both medium chain, fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This this smoothie is also great if you're craving something chocolaty, I even drink this smoothie in the afternoon, particularly if I need a pick-me-up before going to the next one.

We will make my energizing matcha beet smoothie. You can use this one as part of a paleo diet. Unsweetened almond milk, banana, flax seed, oil, chia seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all necessary.

If you're not a fan of beets, I'll have to take your word for it. Besides eating the banana, beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, which makes them taste delicious.

Having a clean liver keeps your metabolism healthy, which translates into optimal fat burning, and I honestly believe that over time, you will lose weight and get a healthier body

It will turn out to be a delicious smoothie, so definitely try it. In closing, I have a fat-burning turmeric smoothie to share with you. This one is low-carb, paleo, and low-carb friendly - but be aware that it is an intense blend, so ease into the turmeric.

You will need unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, MCT or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger powder. Ginger and turmeric are powerful spices that can help enhance metabolism, remove toxins, and soothe inflammation.

Drinking this smoothie is really enjoyable for me. If the day before I ate a bit too much, because it takes care of quick relief of bloating and inflammation. Again, you want to start slowly, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.

My diet at the time was just too hard, or I was hungry all the time and wasn't as happy as I should have been. So I came across the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. All you do is prepare them, they taste wonderful, and you replace certain meals with them.
